Doug Nguyen, the chef and owner of Wasabi in Nyack and Wasabi Chi in South Norwalk has done it again. His latest creation Wasabi Grill, sits in New City where he has totally renovated the former Maiko II restaurant. The talented designer, Judy Hsu, followed her winning decor at Wasabi to create a friendly, family oriented,  and comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant is decorated in earth tones of brown and eggshell, with light wood tables and dark wood chairs and a beautiful dark wood bar.
